I've got you beat.

My lights (no shit):

1. 100 W incandescent "daylight" (blue) bulb on brolly stand.

2. Scary high-wattage warm-colored desk lamp

3. Hanging 60W edison bulb.

4. Daylight coming in a south-facing window

5. Built in flash on my Olympus C-2100

That's it. I used to work with even simpler equipment. I agree that its a matter of doing good work and being creative, not having fancy equipment. Still, I wouldn't mind some more fancy stuff. ;)
