We have found that our client base that have a more niche/one woman site do better advertising on the AVS, go thru and make up small 30 pic feeder sites that then upsell into your paysite. I assume that with 25K a day that most of that is coming from toplist and TGP type sites which are hard to convert anyway. It looks like your SE link pop's are pretty low for a site that has been around for 2 years. Check

Another thing that has worked for some our clients is a hard shipped movie or Video-CD upon signup, take your best vidoe clips and offer it to them as a signup bonus if they don't mind having something shipped to them. You can get a VHS or CD copied for around $1 @ 50 pieces and then shipping can be as cheap as $1.85 thru the USPS. Hope it helps.
