Cross Dating, German White Label Dating Platform, Merges With Dating Factory
  As a part of the ongoing internationalization, Dating Factory has acquired German White Label Dating Provider, Cross Dating. PRESS RELEASE, London, UK (Nov 26, 2012) - Dating Factory, Private Label Dating provider, and its German counterpart, Cross Dating, today announced that they have entered into a merger agreement under which Dating Factory would acquire CrossDating.com, as a part of their ongoing internationalization and expansion. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Lutz Obermann, Founder of Cross Dating, commented: ?This merger creates tremendous opportunities to build on the successes that each company has achieved individually. Dating Factory is the definite leader in the White Label Dating market, and the combination of Dating Factory's advanced technology and our local expertise in the DACH market creates a unique White Label Dating Service. New registrations are now available only on Dating Factory platform.
