Hello. My name is Gwen and I run a niche latex, rubber and bondage site aka RUBBERandBONDAGE.com. I shoot content featuring female submissive types with female and/or male dominants. The focus of the site is realism within our niche of bizarre bondage, heavy rubber, bizarre gear, predicament bondage, device bondage, latex fetish, bdsm, torment, forced orgasms and humiliation.

Within our niche, our content seems to be favorable and we have a lot of it. Our conversion rate is strong but our traffic numbers are very poor. I had hoped that our traffic would grow over time in an organic manner but it has remained stagnant for awhile. Obviously we need to try new methods to get the word out and gain traffic.

Our conversion ratio has been very strong and competitive over the past two years and until now we have done minimal website promotion accept for some social media stuff like Tumblr, Twitter and Fet-Life. Our CCbill affiliate program pays 50% recurring and we typically update every 3-4 days. The site is leak free but please correct me if you find otherwise.

We are just now in the process of producing content for our affiliates (which is why I haven't posted before). We are also in the midst of several site revisions and improvements. I intend to launch additional niche related sites as soon as the current site is dialed in and producing in a stronger manner.

If anyone out there has any feedback to offer I would appreciate it. I admit to being a technical novice. I am not a programmer. I am a designer and content producer in addition to being a featured talent within my own content (look up models on my site and search Gwendolyn Chemindefer).

Moving forward, stepping into the professional arena of marketing and promotion is new for me. I do appreciate all the help I can get and I am willing to do whatever work is needed to step up to the next level, if at all possible. I do have a web programmer that I work with currently to help accommodate site changes, fixes, affiliates and their needs.
