The question is about the percentage of bot traffic and the possibility of making any money on these placements. If 20% or more of your visitors are not real humans, it?s unlikely that you?ll receive any profits on such placements. However, there might be some exceptions, but still, be sure it?s worth to deal with them. The other thing you should definitely do is try to get a refund. In case it?s possible to show you have bot traffic using IP logs, contact you source of traffic for that. You can be sure to ask them for a refund.
