Legal Issues
I am new here and new to adult businesses.
I have a phone sex website where operators (PSO's-aka Phone Sex Operators) can sign up with my site. Similar sites that allow operators to list on, their sites only require clicking an agreement that they are 18 or older and they are presented with a log on after email verification. Then they proceed to registering and going live on the site. They can list themselves, pictures, videos for sale etc. BUT!! They do not require them to upload a scan of their ID. Should I require the ID's or is the 2257 listing placed on my site and member agreement stating the legal stuff etc enough? |
