POF can give you some solid female traffic.
Also: find some site in your niche or sites that cater to your demographic (check Quantcast) and do some CPV advertising on those sites.

Female traffic has always been hard for us as well so we cater more to straight men and gay men. Back years ago in the 976 and 900 days we had to hire talent for our phone lines as women just did not call our lines like the men did. You may want to set up a few blogs that appeal to women, perhaps sex toy reviews specific to women interests.
