Who sells geotargeted (country) traffic?
So,
Who sells mainstream geotargeted traffic? Either links/clicked (I can specify what the ad/text says)..or pop under/pop-up/whatever. ..this is for a FREE site, so sort of feeder traffic.. definitely NOT looking for adwords etc, I know of those already and not what I'm looking for. Theoretically I could also buy from adult brokers, since one of the demographics I'm looking for are 18-24 males.. :P

slightly off topic but if you're looking to target French 18-24 year old males there seems to have been an increase in search traffic over the last few months for penis pills (specifically Vimax).
quite a few of our affiliates have been pointing this traffic toward related offers. if you have any success obtaining relevant traffic you would have a pretty decent chance of making a few extra bucks... jave @ impactfive . com for info
