Plugrush is a good option for getting good traffic on a budget. There best traffic is plug traffic for me but you would need to test them to find out what works for you.

AdWords actually works really well if you can find network sites that are 'self help' related rather than actual PE product related. That will also help with your spending.
Organic traffic is also a worthwhile investment if you can get some sites built that rank well, thats a decent long-term traffic strategy. |

In my opinion you should make some facebook fanpage for men audience. Then promote your product when you reach higher amount of fans. This could be some lifehack or motivational fanpage. Also try CPA ad networks.
