Looking to sell 10k/yr mainstream b2b site
Serious proposition.
I have a mainstream b2b site that makes easily 10k? per year which I've never bothered to promote. All last year's month-by-month paypal income can be provided showing a stable +/-?800/mo income. With any sort of promotion, that could easily increase by 50% without doubt. I've *never* promoted this 7yr-old site. Selling purly to provid cash injection for something peraonal. Interested parties can contact me by email.

well... the more I think about it and knowing your good reputation here...
about the income: what is the percentage of users-members who are making recurring payments? .. what is your main income source from the site? .. are they ads? next: do you own the rights on the content? please send me the link to your site and some G analytics key stats screenshots for the last 3 months to info(at)mediatower.co.uk looking forward to receive more details from you, Helmuts

Yes, I can confirm that it is a legit business, it ranks really well for its money kw-s and definitely fits all the requirements of most sysadmins/program writers.
It appears some time ago I bought a 12 euro product from Andy by creating recurring payment via Paypal .. yes, the world is small .. but it definitely requires you to be technically skilled as Andy (@borked) is himself in order to take it over and run with success. As for me - it is out of my field of expertise, so I will pass on it. Helmuts

Hi, is it still available?
If it was true wouldn't it be mentioned in OP? Kind of super important detail taht would weed out 99% of interested buyers. |

Yes, it's still available and yes, it requires some programming knowledge - while it isn't promoted it is making €10k+/yr and it's not doing that by simply letting the cat out each evening. Why would you think otherwise - money doesn't grow on trees?!
Still serious on this sale, and had some very serious offers in the 30k range. But in all honesty, to not waste anyone's time, this sale extends by far the "regular" 2-3 year projected sales sale figure. If you have a technical bod behind you and have the cash in front of you, this is a great buy. Offers in the €40k please.

I take it you're being sarcastic?
And why would that be? I'm just trying to get in touch with Borked. |

If you look at his other posts, that is actually all he ever says
I'm never more than 24 h away from a reply by email, regardless of the subject - this one being no different. No idea of the figure of how many of people on here I can count on for a character reference, but I can say with certitude that no one on here that has dealt with me will say anything bad about me (or remotely so) regarding my seriousness and professionalism. Not sure nic Cryssy can say the same
