A couple of years ago i had a sex toy wl, made 1-2 sales per month and that without any promotion(had a good domain name), anyway, at that time i was implicated in another project and completely ignore my sex toy wl and letting the domain to expire.

Till this day i regret that decision, the domain was taken by somebody else and when i tried to recover, he asked me for 5k...

The conversion rate was about 1:100-130, i think it was a good conversation rate without doing absolutely anything, the domain was good for seo

Grabbed a white label last year that pays 25% and makes an occasional sale without much promotion, just started promoting it more to increase the sales. Gotta figure some people wanna buy discreetly over going to a store and slamming a Monster Dong on the counter.

I use myfreewebsite.com affiliate program

MFW has a bunch of banners you can place on your own sites (or make your own). I also make about 1-2 sales a month, not much but I don't push it.

I think their are better things to convert with adult traffic but worth running a shop if your already running an adult site especially with white label turnkey options.
I have a whole bunch of generic domains that help obtain traffic but adult shop traffic can also attract visitors to your other sites. The fact sites are linking also helps in search engines so if your thinking is it worth running more sites answer is likely yes.

I don't see how anybody can make that much money with sex toys... one or two sales per month as several report here. My experience with tangible products are that you have to be the low price leader to consistently make sales. If you search any sex toy by name or style, virtually every search will have Amazon in the top two or three results, and the Amazon sellers will always have the lowest prices... sometimes 50% lower than what any WL toy shop will be able to offer. In fact, the retail prices on Amazon are often lower than the wholesale prices that are listed by wholesalers on their sites. You have to depend on shoppers who really aren't that smart or price-savvy to make regular, worthwhile bucks with sex toys... and these days there are not enough of them to go around.

The sales I've made per month basically came from very minimal promotion, basically just links from my other sites. So $8 domain name, logo, white label and tossing a few links up on my other sites for free. Few sales a month just adds to the pile of income from other sources.

Will probably hit it harder down the road but for now due to minimal investment just the fact it's making sales already with minimal promotion is a good sign. More of a cost/income ratio, I'll take a handful of cash per month if it costs less than that to keep it up. Hopefully it continues to increase each month.

Adult traffic is just that and it includes everything from rated R games to naturism to adult shops to porno. what you want to do is qualify an adult with a credit card just find their niche have a white label shop info at http://www.freewhitelabels.com
also offering a lot of generic sex shop names at huntingmoon.com

there are people posting everything ECN(biggest sex toy distributor and dropshipper) sells on amazon and ebay with .50 cent markup. that said, no affiliate program could afford to make an affiliate payout with only 50 cent profit.

but hey, good luck, you might find a fool or two.

I use MFW as well. I bought a domain and I have an occasional sale here and there, but I have not been promoting it as much lately. I'm looking at building a few more sites and placing banners, etc there to see if I can get an increase in traffic that way as well.

100% not true. I don't see people working hard for .50 cents a sale. Not worth the effort.

when you are selling a few hundred items a day you can afford to. maybe you shouldn't make jackass assumptions, because I KNOW people doing this personally, clearly you do not.
