Google indexing/traffic article.
Good afternoon all,
I'm Joseph, Head Writer for BaDoink.com. We are currently putting together a piece about Google and their indexing of porn sites, and problems faced by webmasters and others in the adult industry. We are looking to speak with people who have experienced something akin to this from Google, and how it has affected your business, problems in correspondence and anything else in that sphere. It comes down to two simple questions I would be grateful for any of you to answer: 1. Have you ever had any problems/arguments with Google re: how your site is indexed? 2. Are your organic search results not coming up the way they should? Google have banned adult ads in the past, and if there is evidence of more problems on a wider scale, then the industry has a major issue on its hands. It also sets a dangerous precedent for other non-adult industries ("We don't like you...goodbye!"). We are hoping to have this piece ready and uploaded asap and any answers/help given are gratefully received. If you do participate, we are happy to retain your right to anonymity should you choose to do so. Feel free to vent, curse, extrapolate, whatever as much as possible. We welcome all and any input! Thank you for your time and for allowing me to post here. Best, Joseph. |
