I'm finding the new TLDs are great for emds in my SEO efforts. So if that's a niche you like I would think those domains could have value.

TLDs = Top Level Domains and EMDs=Exact match Domains.
So for example I'm finding that things like freecam.sex will do better then freecamsex.com
