I want to host video in the US service provider, but the United States is very strict for unde~rage protection. you know that the Japanese (Asian) face does not match the actual age is normal. Looks like a minor but actually 25 years old or even 30 years old is normal.

What you can do is maintain a database of age validity like Passport, Voter ID, Driving License etc as a valid proof to show US Government.

In fact, you can send an agreement of copy claiming that all girls involved are doing it on their free will not because of any pressure.
