Logo is underwhelming. The black text on hyper-blue is very hard to read and literally hurts my eyes. Hide video descriptions with an accordion DIV with [more] or something similar to expand it. Your ads are fucked up. It doesn't make me feel like this is a destination. 150 videos... it feels like a CJ that will trade me off to somebody else.

if you go to The Best Domain Name Generator Ever: Impossibility! up at the top of that page you can find domain name suggester tool that will find you .com names unregisterred like cutebootylatinas.com and funbootylatinas.com and etc if you want a .com name instead of a .org or.net domain .

The Blue footer background hurts my eyes get a nice header designed and maybe some CSS editing so you don't look like a million other tubes. Place holder for the advertisement section surely you have banners from an affiliate program?
