With each group has about 1000 members.

My question is pretty simple, which one is better for adult site promotion?

the best place for promoting adult offers is Reddit it has a lot of adult traffic. You need some twist to get traffic from Reddit though. Next one is Twitter and now for webcam offers you can use periscope which works great.
