I have create 3 campains to buy traffic and they reject them. reason?

you need to select more categories, than only webcams, this will get you a minimum traffic, always add more
only on those categories on the publisher sites will your ads be displayed
so more is always better

no its not better
its waste of money
but i can understand how business works.

we've created three more campaigns that are not so targeted...although I did not just webcam...

I bought $ 100 + 19%VAT, so 119

in the account appear 95$ bc of the fees....so i lose some money just bc they didnt like what i wanted to buy? how do u call this? SCAM?

Never had a problem with trafficstars, although yes they are pretty strict compliance wise, but it's their company, their rules.
