Considering that I am talking about an adult website (where I write erotic stories)... are there keywords or even topics that could damage my position on the SERP?

I mean something like sexual textual contents that may appear illegal, too extreme, connected to fake news, etc.

SERPs are fairly well adjusted for x-rated queries vs mainstream; so long as people are searching for what youre writing it shouldnt really matter

Can it erroneously think that this is something related to abuses, etc.?
I mean certain words, in this context, like "child" should be avoided?

honestly feel like you are overthinking things a bit - but if you are concerned then you can say when you were young.

Google is fairly smart, just because you mention one word is extremely unlikley to change the entire perception of the site or even page - unless you are going overboard with those types of references

Thanks for your reply, no I never go beyond those limits but the question was born from the fact that I had a certain decrease in google impressions after a story that has particular words inside...

define a certain decrease - google impressions can flux a lot due to a number of reasons

You can use words that are invested within the moral standards of society. Let's say scenes of sexual harassment of children or some blatant bullying of certain categories of people would be punishable, I believe.

It also depends upon where you are. Countries have differing laws about this. In North America, which was settled by puritans, you're going to have more difficulty publishing extreme things. However, there was a book called baby fucker published, which is exactly what it sounds like. De Sade pretty much started and ended that genre of shock schlock.
