yes, Many recurring transactions seem to be refused by banks since 21 August 2024

verotel explanation: " there are issues with recurring subscriptions in general as both Visa and Mastercard are about to change their fraud ratio requirements. They have therefore implemented stronger rules for active recurring subscriptions, which card issuers do not want to be liable for and have as a result become much more strict." |

same issue with Verotel since the end of August 2024, most renewal transactions are declined by bank

I got in touch with them to withdraw some money, and they ask me to sign up fro a bitsafe pro account. I opened a bitsafe account but its impossible now to upgrade to pro. Dont know how to close my account and withdraw my money now :-(

WE are with Verotel for 16 years ( even before and now after Jason
 ). We get a weekly wire without any problems ( never missed one ) .... but we are VOD, not a membership site. |
