I have a client who’s a former pornstar. She left the business for a man and some kids. Well, fast forward a few years and the man left her with two kids and a heap of debt and took a portion of her royalties.

She has ownership of content, some on dvd and some straight from the camera which we need ripped onto hard drives and possibly remastered.

The guy I trusted retired as did her editor who passed away.

Anyone have a suggestion for someone reputable who won’t steal the content and sell it out the back door?

also you can create a paysite or OF.

Ripping video from DVDs or Blurays is pretty straight forward, but it won't ever be as good as masters. It's just time consuming to rip content. I'm currently ripping home movies that were sent to me from a family member, because DVDs just don't last forever.

Some of my clients have used Topaz Labs for remasters, and were generally pretty happy with the results.
