Webmaster/programmer Needed
I'm looking for a webmaster/programmer to take over the basic minimal upkeep of a soft glamour website for a modest monthly or yearly fee, if possible. Maybe some site promotion for percentage as another option. The site is small at present and needs simple adjustments or fixes as a problem occurs within the site's functions. I want to work only with someone who's personable, skilled and reliable, who will follow up as promised and be timely about it.

Have you tried oDesk. It's really easy to use and allows you to track your workers as you are provided screenshots of their computer while they work. Hiring quality people is easy, all you need to do is sign up, register a credit card with a $10 deposit that is refunded right back to you for card verification purposes, then you can place a job ad, screen applicants and trial them out. You only pay for the work they do and can closely monitor them with screenshots and their work diary. It takes the risk out of outsourcing and if things go astray there's an easy dispute process. I have saved thousands using it.
