programming help - small job
I have a small project.
Someone is framing one of my sites, and it is running up the bandwidth. I am looking at a few solutions: 1. Javascript frame busting. 2. .htaccess rules to re-direct visitors from the bad site back to itself or to another site like Google. I have read a little about both methods, but I am not sure how to code it or where to install it. I want to make sure to do it right. Can anyone assist?

I think I got #1 figured out, it is pretty easy.
Still seeking detailed instructions on #2.
