2257 For Non "Performers"?
We are making a promotional video, where a non "performer" tour guide shows us around town. These tour scenes will be cut together with "performer" video footage as defined by US law.
I would think it's best to get our tour guide's ID, but is it REQIUIRED by US law? I have read the e-CFR Data a few times over but can't be sure. I am looking for definite answers, so any lawyers who would like to talk, please reply. Others welcome. Thank you! |
