I'm looking for someone who's very familiar with adult websites, including affiliates, traffic and SEO.

I'd like to develop a site simply for generating affiliate revenue at this point, drawing available content from the affiliate program, etc. Nothing terribly fancy at this point. I'm open to the idea of a Tube site as well, if that's viable and cost effective.

My real goal is to eventually sell the site / domain. There's no traffic whatsoever at this point, but it's a good domain: High Def Porn dot Com. (If you look - all those domains would simply point to the same website... I'm not looking to develop them all separately.)

Let me know what your specific experience and skill set is, and what you would charge for the development of the site. All the better if you can point me out to any adult sites you've created.

In addition to this project, I'm soon going to be looking for someone to develop a (non-adult) video-centric website - with features like ABR-streaming video, user profile pages and more. I'm thinking Joomla, though could be open to Drupal. So please let me know if you have experience with that sort of thing as well, including running a video server (e.g. Wowza or Red5).
