I can create you a customized "tube site" basically identical to fapsflix.com

You ca add your own videos or scrape redtube and porntube. The way you make money is through affiliate links (redtube and porntube both pay for clicks) and through ads to dating sites, adult toy stores, etc.

The site will be built with Wordpress and the "Tube Ace" plugin.

You can customize to a certain extent. I ca change colors, add a logo (must be basic like the one on fapsflix.com) and get you started with 10,000 videos.
