Epassporte the biggest scan in the adult industry ever

Seems like a great scam to me. Build a company and build up your reputation and then pull the plug when you have 25 million dollars. Nobody is ever going to see their money.

in a perfect world i imagine chris thought that his movies would be a big success and epass would continue to exist..

unfortunately, he gambled and lost and in the process fucked a lot of hard working people out of their money..

if you know the history of epass after its involvement with epoch/paycom, it's a miracle that epass didnt get shut down by the feds years ago..

if chris ended up broke after this i would think people would feel better, but i doubt this is the case..

chris is no dummy and i am pretty confident that unless people continue to spray the internet with the epass story, chris will move on in better shape than when he started...

IBill? Anyone?

Personally, I lost a lot more money from SyPro, Lancelot, Globill, and Facial Cash (individually) than I lost with Epass. With Epass, I bought my scripts and traffic, I bought video games and baseball caps, and I used it to pay for my World of Warcraft account.

Petty change compared to the raping I took from the other thieves.

Still, I don't by scripts or traffic anymore, and I quit WOW. I don't buy or sell domains, and I don't buy content anymore. It was only a grand or two a month I spent with Epass, but the loss of convenience really hurts.

Does anybody have a clue about the whole situation?

I got my money out, and I suspect the vast majority of people who used their real name or business have or eventually will.

Nobody is getting wallet wires, the people posting that they have received wires have received SKNANB wires of their VV funds.

These two are very different. SKNANB controls Visa funds, ePassporte controls wallet funds and it is wallet funds which are not being returned.

Anyone who doesn't think this is a scam either has no fucking clue or has no fucking clue.

Was never an intended scam. Epass was worth more to Chris open and working than it is now.

He gambled on a film and lost. If he gambled with other peoples money he should pay for it. Prison and repay with every penny he has.

It keeps happening because people let them get away with it. Sue him. Contact the authorities and ask them to consider fraud charges.

The money that epass kept on the SKNANB cards is being returned by SKNANB.

But let's not forget that epass set up a special e-wallet, encouraged people to use that instead of the visa cards. The money that was in the e-wallet was never returned. Looks like intend to defraud to me....

The SKNANB has been returning money, Epass itself hasn't returned a single cent.

No, seems a lot of people aren't really up to speed on things and don't understand the difference between the SKNANB issued virtual visa cards and the epass held wallet funds.

Weren't there numerous claims by Epassporte staff and Mallick that everyone would get their money? That could potentially be used as evidence in establishing the intent to defraud.

There's the fact that they created the wallet and encouraged people to use it.
There's the fact that the funds in those wallets went missing.
there's the fact that they erased their customers history.
There's the fact that Chris Mallick lied about working hard to fix things while he in reality was partying in Cabo.
There's the fact that Chris Mallick has a history of fraudulent bankruptcies.
There's the fact that communications from epass have ended.
there's the fact that the epass mother company was dissolved a couple of days after the shit hit the fan.
There's the fact that non of the deadlines epass itself set for returning the money, for answering emails, for confirming dates that wires would be sent,.... were all ignored.

the only people now getting their money back are those with virtual visa money, the money chris never had access too. i wouldn't say that is getting your money from epassporte. thats getting your money from visa the wallets, which were handled by epassporte seem to be totally gone.

I get that - but the premise of the thread is that epass existed as a scam - Chris fucked up badly yes...and he probably walked away with other peoples money in his pocket... but I doubt that he set it up solely to scam people from the beginning...

It turned into a scam when they set up the wallet system. Epassporte worked fine for years, why would they want to create an e-wallet unless they wanted to use that money for their own projects?

does anyone know who made the actual decision to yank the visa account from epass - and if they had just seen the movie... it cant be a coincidence...

Probably some suit in a corner office somewhere had just watched a screener of Middle Men - and thought to himself "This is the clown shuffling millions of dollars through our system?" - then picked up a phone and made the executive decision to yank his shit.

Dont be silly it wasnt setup as a scam.. as marketsmart said - Chris mallick gambled and lost.

Although he gambled with other peoples money...

He would have made more then 25 mil if he kept it going, he had a virtual monopoly on the adult biz.

a 10 BILLION dollar industry - as big as hollywood movies.

25 mil is chump change.
