For those of you with kids would you like for your kids to grow up (assuming they are under 18) and one day take over your porn company?

I have two teenage boys. They have a vague idea of what I do. They keep asking me if when I die, if they get to inherit Gisele ....

Not sure how to take that.

I would love for them to be able to work within my company and possibly take over in some aspects, however, I am not going to force it on them. If it's something they want to do, great. If not, I'm ok with that too. Regardless, I told them that I have written my will so as they cannot inherit anything from my company unless they attend or are attending college ;)

My plan is to move the vast majority of my interests outside of adult before they are old enough to be a part of and/or take over my company.

My boys are only 2 and 5 at the moment so I have a while to figure all of that out.

I have 2. One old enough and one getting there. I wouldn't mind either way. I used to be 15 and developed into this. If they feel it's worthwhile, why not. If not, no big deal.

When a porn tube is able to break the top 50 of websites in the world, then porn has become mainstream enough that anyone working in it should not be embarrassed.

My son is 18 and my daughter is 8. The boy is almost done with his study interaction design and knows what I do.

It's amazing to see what kind of knowledge the youngsters have in terms of web, usability and also marketing wise.

It's totally his choice but he likes more the mainstream things I do instead of the 18+ things.

My daughter is just 6 months old. I am not ashamed of what I do, but I'd prefer that she doesn't grow up to take over my business. I don't plan on being in this business forever and I am hoping for an early retirement, but we shall see how things go.

If she ever does get into the industry, I hope to hell she does what I do, and is not in FRONT of the camera.

Really funny idea how I one day I give my blogs to my son and saying "all these blogs with hardcore porn are now yours son", but that is probably not gonna happen. World will be completely different place as well as internet and porn and if there still be sites and this stuff like now, I would probably give him only my mainstream projects, which I'm really much more proud than my porn projects. I also think that I will have to do mainstream when kids will be running around and maybe even playing with my computer..

Even though I don't have kids, if I do have kids, I'd like to see them pursue their own business rather than inheriting mine. There's a lot more joy and satisfaction in starting from nothing and going big than being given something big and hoping they don't mess it up. The failures you experience in running a business is what will eventually make your business successful, without experiencing those failures, you'll be missing out on a lot of running a business.

Very tough question ...

My daughter is just turned 17, and has expressed an interest n doing "Suicide Girl" type pictures ... (she has been modeling since she was 12)

She knows that I have experience in the biz, and has asked me how she should go about it, presumably after she turns 18 ...

We have a very good relationship, however I am not sure if I am glad she has reached out to me for guidance/assistance ...

A lot can happen in a year, I am sort of hoping this phase passes ...

Right now he swears he?s going to be the next Lebron James. He practices everyday and is getting pretty good for a 9 year old. It?s a great way for me to get him to eat his vegetables too. I tell him Lebron James ate his and that?s how he got to be so strong haha.

I have two sons. Both of whom are healthy 'red blooded American lads' with a keen interest in the opposite sex and absolutely no interest what-so-ever in what their father does for a living. My oldest boy is in college studying to become a meteorologist and my 6'2" 15 year old wants to become an.... I am not kidding here... an accountant.

But if either one of them were interested in learning this trade I would be happy to teach them (except the younger one would have to wait until he could view the subject matter legally)
