I was already looking at something like this, but with a Michigan COLO, that offers some wireless and telephony goodies in addition to hosting and a local ISP.

just found it today, well actually used them for awhile but never checked out the affil program.

no cut for the referal program i posted but for home phone service and the toll-free service you get a cut
