The REAL REASON China is getting rich?

It seems the world media (specially the Western media) is jerking itself off to sleep thinking that the reason for China's recent global economic success is MARKET CAPITALISM. However, if you dig deeper... maybe the real reason why market economics works now is that China COLLECTIVIZED all private property prior to 1979. This broke the back of feudal overlords who sucked off almost all wealth and crippled market competition.

When China decided to let markets operate, prodded by state owned enterprises, the absence of a feudal chokehold meant that the benefits of competition flowed to small businessmen and millions of businesses (and jobs!) appeared.

Add to this the strict discipline of communist infrastructure--when shit needs to get transported from A to B, shit gets sent QUICK. This benefited manufacturing and distribution once China switched to a market economy.

Bottomline: Can it be said that the REAL REASON China became successful as a capitalist country was because of its uniquely Chinese COMMUNIST predecessor system?

Taiwan also became rich and it went through a LAND REFORM period

Of course, this is a uniquely Chinese thing. Land reform was tried in Mexico and is still the law in the Philippines. These two countries are hardly on par with China's economic growth.

What gives? Is it the legal /political / economic paths or is it the culture? Or is it both?

Cheap labor, capitalist market(yes it's capitalist), lending money to the US, tight monetary policies, etc.

Actually, China probably rapes & pillages foreign countries just as much, if not more than the US. Only difference is China does it intelligently, embeds themselves into the economy, then silently takes over the country from the inside out. The US basically just strong arms countries, uses espionage, stages coups, threaten to napalm every brown person in the country, etc.

I'd almost go as far to say that China is more of a super power than most people think. There's a good number of sovereign countries right now, who for all intents and purposes, are wholly owned subsidiaries of China.

Which countries are those?

And yeah US prints dollar papers, sends those papers to China (for goods) and China buys foreign properties with them. China has huge amount of those papers in their reserve. Thats how it works

Pretty much all of SE Asia, the US, in another 5 years will be Australia (they're raping it good now!), plus they have their eyes set on Europe now.

To put it simply, China has enough influence over the economies of these countries to make the presidents / prime minsters get on their knees, and start sucking some cock. China doesn't need to go around, and use military force to "liberate" countries in order to get their resources. They do it intelligently, from the inside out.

Also AFRICA. Lots of Chinese highways, schools, stadiums, etc in exchange for raw materials like chromium, minerals, and of course, oil (varies by country).
