There are a couple of countries that are blocked from registering (redirected to google), appears you're in one of them. Turkey for example is in the list, those members cause nothing but problems. India as well. It's nothing personal though!

I am living in a country which is blacklisted by every billing company and banned from every affiliate program, so I know how it feels.
