It's already on a new album, it's called Michael.

I like the song but yes, it's an unfinished work of his and it's bad seeing it gone public. He made it in the 90s and thought it's not good enough for his Dangerous album. I would've respected his decision.

read an interview with the producer where he says he wnated to create the next billie jean, fair to sya he did that, whether it achieves the same success we shall see, highly unlikely!
