1. Get the affiliate's account active again
2. All payouts send out starting January 1st 2011

The solid deal is a $10PPS bump to 40-45PPS

I was getting 50PPS with old owners, not much of a deal

Aren't those 'deals' just higher PPS amounts offered for new traffic and not actually paying money owed?

What does it mean "a solid deal"? Are you going to pay all the owned money?

When some company buys another one, it also buys all its debts. Am I wrong?

P.S. There are lost of affiliate programs that pay since the begging of 2000 without any excuses. So why should I promote some program which has ripped off their affiliates in the past?

When one company buys another one with rebills/banking.. than absolutely!

Unfortunately we were not able to take that over... BUT we do like to help webmasters get back on track and have very strong deals for that ready on a case by case basis

We were asked by 100's of webmasters to take over these programs as they are top selling products and they still are today..
