i've got a thing on my back that has some hairs growing out of it. :-(

Ive been working with a trainer the last few weeks. Dropped probably 15+ lbs but still have a ways to go.

3x a week weight training and starting this week, 1 hour a day cardio 5x a week

Feels like summer already here in LA, ready for the beach. Are you still doing the alternative diet you mentioned last month or are you back on the protein shakes and ultra clean eating?
i pigged out for 9 weeks adding a bit of muscle, so now i just started my trim up, kicking it off with what's called a protein sparing modified fast- 12 days, only protein + vegetables and a little fat every day, zero carbs. ~1000 cals a day. i'll see how this goes and take it from there, the last 5 will be a bitch to shed!

yeah i noticed as I dropped 10,15 pounds my johnson did seem to get a little bigger.

What also helps make it look bigger is to hedge the bushes as much as possible down there, the more you cut away from the bush, the bigger the bird look

Ah ok, I was trying to emulate your eating regime you talked about last year and then a couple months ago you flipped the switch on me and talked about how you were eating burgers and beer along with fasting and I was confused.

Don't know how you can trim up working out on zero carbs, I'd just pass out.

no, you are right. i've been on a intermittent fasting plan, everyday i do a 16 hour fast then for 8 hours i can eat pretty much what i want, keeping an eye on total cals, of course. it works well, i gained some lean body weight with very little fat gain, like ~1.5 lbs. there is a lot of solid research on the benefits of fasting.

i only had 2 beers over this time, they were big beers though! like a pint+

I've been at it for about a month.

Started at 198lbs. My original goal was to hit 185, but the weight has been coming off slow. After losing only 5 lbs, I've also noticed that I look much better. Probably because I'm getting some muscle as I lose a little fat. Muscle takes up less space than fat, so the math seems ok. I'll go by the mirror instead of the scale.

Today was heavy squatting and deadlifts, with some jump rope, basketball and rowing directly after.

Off days I do a 10 mile walk with my dog.

To anyone that's trying to get into shape, don't leave out squatting. If I could only do one exercise, it would be heavy squats. It just hits every part of your body and stimulates muscle growth.

I fall out of a routine when I'm not coaching soccer, just too much shit going on. Trying to get to the gym at least three times/week. I have 49 days before I will be on the beach.
