Who are the top PHP coders here?
I'm looking for the best of the best PHP and C++ coders. No 'run of the mill', no flakes, just the best coders for a few projects to start.
I remember there was a guy with some weird l33t name and I know there are a few that have what it takes. Looking for recommendations from actual users here. If you're a TOP coder, please post your contact as well, I'll require a short but very high level test and then an NDA and then and only then you'll see money, so be warned, this is not for boys, this is for top cats, don't waste your time or mine. let the spam begin!  |

I forgot: please only Europe, USA and South America coders. Nothing wrong with Asian people, but I just had a 100% failure rate every time I used them, so if you're an Asian coder or outsourcing company please avoid this thread, I won't use your services anyways
