Why do some programs not police their content on the tubes?

Politics aside -

If you go to any major tubesite, you will see tons and tons of clearly watermarked content from some of the bigger paysite programs and even more from some of the bigger studios on the web!!!

Some of the content is amazing and people would pay for it if it wasn't available for free! Most tubes that we deal with adhere to DMCA and take the content down at once;

Why arent they policing their content????

because it's like playing wack-a-mole with those clowns. they say they remove the content but they just de-activate it only to be re-activated later with a different title/description.

i use to have our stuff pulled and then the tubes stopped using "Chica or Chica's Place" in the title/description to make it harder to search for.

i had one tube pull 40 of my full-length videos and a few weeks later they were all back up with different titles and descriptions. instead of a title like "Chica gives a blowjob", they changed it to "Latina gives a blowjob".

it can be a full-time job policing content and it's getting worse each day with new tubes popping up everywhere. the problem just gets compounded.

you can hire a company to remove it but how are they suppose to know your content from a single thumbnail? only the producer would recognized his work from a thumbnail.

To police their content would take responsibility for content. They don't want to do that.

I spent money first, then time. The result? "Re-uploaded" by a "user".

I spend 9 hours a day on my job, then, if I'm pissed, another 3 hours dealing with the silly "take down notices". (I won't even call them by name cause they're worthless.)

A week later the scenes are up again. See above excuse for reason why.

Thanks for your reply -- we update a ton - 3-4 girls a week - and have done about 600 shoots under our belt- we try our best to make sure that tubes dont have our content up and if they do, we dmca, contact them to become affialtes; this has worked so far-

there are some big name studios out there - that have their whole Member's area ripped. I have given a ton of them heads up but they rather stick their head in the ground.

Crappy content on tubes = more sales for good content easy as pie

small operations have a harder time policing their content which sucks because some of the smaller operations produce good content that gets stolen the most.

i never understood how content removal companies did it successfully. there are only a few producers i can recognize just by looking at a thumbnail.

i never bought the whole "user" uploaded excuse because i keep seeing all the same videos popping up just with different titles, descriptions and so called "user".

i find the best way to police content is use a few of the big tube index sites.

I disagree -

I know there will be times/sites that there you content is out there, but we all know the top 10-15 tube sites out there - start with those, make sure your content is not there, and the small fish will take care of themselves

analytics, testing, customer service, marketing, content, staff, etc etc etc

Amar, just yesterday I saw a cum shot compilation and the first clip was from your program.

Even those of us who police our sites on the tubes cannot sit here and say we are winning the fight.

The big studios you mention, do take down content but they also post content and who knows what is stolen or what is provided to the tubes.

Maybe you can pick on one or two studios, but the majority are doing something about it. You my just not like waht they are doing as in the end they hurt all our sales.
