How much should I charge for a graphic design like this?
Here's what I want:
A simple logo with the word "Swap" in it and the "S" will have a pair of hands exchanging books and then "Cash" will have I guess just the s in the form of a dollar sign. Also some small icons I will specify and just a couple other things. Where should I seek, how much typically? |

My girlfriend's family company (more like a huge multinational corporation) paid $300,000 for their logo. It came with a fucking thesis' worth of bullshit research on the shapes and colors chosen.
I haven't designed anything for anyone else in almost 5 years. But I wouldn't have touched a branding/logo job for anything less than $500 back then...it would take $5,000 to bring me out of retirement now. Which are both actually extremely cheap quotes compared to what the big boys pay/charge.
