You videos could be all over the tubes in just a few days if you hosted the content and
provided a data file with the video information.

It's take too long for each person to download and then upload your content.
I will never finish.

We have scripts that can load your content onto our servers or leech the content
from your servers if you provide us with the video and thumbnail links.
This is the best way to get more webmasters to use your content.

My upload speed is .50 Mbps or even less. I'm not uploading a tube site.

There is no need to download / upload, it can be done as ftp2ftp, if the tube is setup for that (large ones usually are)

I've tested upload scripts in the past, and I will do it again. My impression was that there was no magic bullet, and a lot of manual work was needed anyways. Maybe there are better scripts now, but I doubt there's any "press the button" kind of thing available. (Tubes have different platforms and there's too many of them if you want to go for the long tail. And for the large ones, manual is worth and better anyways.)

We have scripts that work really good and the data format is simple.
Most sponsors with hosted videos/galleries provide these for us.
They've been doing this for a few years.

Just saying that there is a system in place for you to rapidly distribute your videos
to webmasters and if you use this system I will put your videos up on my sites right away.

I didn't read this post before I made the other one above.
Having embeded flvs changes my thoughts in that post.

The embeds are a good idea. Not every one will use them but it's a good way
for webmaster to pust videos on their tubes and blogs.

I'd be interested in using it on my http://www.tu8e.com Its not exactly a top league tube in terms of traffic but it does use a popular script so i'm sure that there would be others who would use that sort of dump

I periodically think of cascading, but I keep postponing because:

1. Verotel NEVER delays a payment by 1 minute. Has been like that for more than 10 years. This is the most important thing for me (and most affiliates).
2. Technically they have really improved a lot in the last year or so. They order page is now really good. Stats / Tools can still be better, but they have come a long way from they were.
3. I never heard anyone complain that their conversion is worse than CB or others (when cascading on the same site)
4. Their uptime is pretty much "always".

I am aware they had for some time a reputation of processing many "wannabe" site, mostly because of one limited version of their product that was free for merchants to setup ("TicketsClub"). I am not sure if TicketsClub still exists - in any case if you use the professional version of their product there's really not much to complain at least from my side, on the things that really matter.

If you have tried Verotel in the past and were disappointed, I suggest that you give it a try again and see if it now suits you.
If I am missing something, I'd be glad to know - I want to get as many affs as possible and of course if this is a blocker I will make sure it's not a blocker anymore.

PS: I am not married / affiliated / anything with verotel. Just can't see why anybody would avoid a program because of them. But VERY interested to learn, maybe there's a good reason!

I was promoting a bunch of sites through tgp's. No shady stuff. Racked up some cash, then got an email saying they were removing my account for reasons they wouldnt tell me, and obviously kept my cash.

never once have i had a problem with ccbill, lightspeedcash, payserve, karups, and a million other programs.

I got screwed with ibill as well as epassporte too.

we have both.

we have embeddable flvs for the ones who prefer to serve amateur content from our servers.

but we also provide the option to 'mass download' the videos (or we can upload ourserves) to tubes. large tubes usually prefer to have control on the videos they serve, and host the file.

if you prefer, you can just embed the FLV, or use our player to serve it.

I have thought about getting into using tube sites... but unlike FHG for TGP's where I can host and keep unwanted (Philippine) traffic from seeing the galleries... seems there is not a tube program that is blocking specific coutries-friendly. Any insight?

if the tube hosts the file (large ones do) you don't have much control.

if you embed on the tube, though, you can exclude countries on your end. Haven't done this but, depending on the embedding method, should be a few lines of code.
