If you really want to keep from getting sick this winter take this as soon as you feel like you may be coming down with something. It is basically Airborne x 10 and actually has high quality ingredients. I am posting this because I have decided to stop trolling by copying and pasting rubbish political ideas and instead just post positive and helpful things. Or... You can do what the studies actually show... Take 2500mg of vitamin C a day... Three 500mg in the morning and two for lunch and dinner. All of the other shit in the capsule above is great for your health, but does absolutely nothing to ward off a cold.

Vitamin C can be purchased at most drug stores for $3 for a month supply and you can find a coupon for $1 off online by searching Google for your favorite brand.

Try a vaccine to prevent sickness and antibiotics to stop an illness. If it's a virus don't do the antibiotics just fucking stay home and let your immune system do its job.

The entire point is to avoid their toxic viral concoctions if at all possible. I do still take antibiotics if I don't head of the illness fast enough but that is rare.

I take this because I think it offers live nutrition beyond what I consume daily, (and I consider myself to have a fairly healthy diet).

Other than that, I don't really believe supplements do much in healthy people with healthy diets.

Keep away from vaccines too, most people who receive the flu vaccine go down with the flu right away. Makes more money that way spreading the flu around

You guys are nuts. I take airbourne once in awhile and it helps. Any increase in health is just that. Why would it be bad for you? You can see the excess vitamin c leave your body so why do you need something stronger?

It is ok but sucrose has a high glycemic index. Airborne is the equivalent of eating a gummy bear vitamin but with more zinc and some Echinacea.
