This report will be my weekly views on various industry related items

1. Topbucks suffered some downtime several days ago, and to give back to the webmasters who they value, they have set Monday 2-3 as a $55 sign-up day. It's good to see sponsors showing that they are willing to earn your business

2. The world of successful design is changing rapidly, people are stepping away from the 4 pages (retail value $2000) of fluffy overly done pages and going towards more content driven designs. I look at this as a positive movement for the adult industry. I've found good design effectiveness by working with a team of designers instead of ordering an entire project from one person's hands. I like to look at making a paysite as making a platinum selling cd. You want multiple high quality elements: logo, base design (HTML), banners. I've commisioned some great work by assigning these elements from individual designers.

3. Reality sites raised the bar this summer, and are responsible for fluff designs (4 pages of cookie cutter designing with a price tag of $2000) becoming the Playstation One of the industry. I look forward to seeing the corporate offices investing some thousands into the production of some ORIGINAL new reality sites.

I stumbled across this site last night, and I really like the site direction they are using. One thing I have to say is the content looks a bit too "staged", this is supposed to be "reality". Also not sure if too many people find it easy to jack off to "the produce department (foods) meet porn". My advice, work on your settings, delete the food sex scenes, and focus on storylines.

4. Real Time payouts, FlashCash dropped a major announcement at the start of 2K3 with their start of real-time payouts. My only real question is, will sign-ups get lost in the process of fraud prevention? Not speculating a shave, but how do they stop the cheaters, and also ensure delivery my sales in a real time fashion?
