It's up to GFY and AVN who they want to ban but unless she did something horrible or asked for the ban herself it looks bad to ban someone who could be considered a whistleblower. Sometimes I think she goes over the top but it's good to have people looking out and at times she makes some good points. I take it this is over what happened with Zombaio and what she said?

It's one thing to be a whistle blower, but every time she posted it was some company "scamming" or "ripping her off". She ripped into several (if not most) of the third party processors, moved on to banks themselves, and god knows what else. If you go by her posts, there's not an honest person or company in the world.

it's kind of sad the board get's so bloated that these people get banned from gfy because they stick out but i can't say i didn't see that one coming.

The problem is the board is bloated , to get your point across you have to repeat shit over and over or make many threads regarding the same topics in order to get people's attention.

Swirls was repeating the same shit over and over again about the same topic. I think he/she had some great points and good advice , but oh well gotta play by the rules i suppose.

Um........... she was screaming to the heavens any time her check was 2 minutes late on Monday morning. Calling any and all billing companies fraudsters with barely if any proof. She did this almost on a weekly basis.

If she had PROOF to back up all of her claims, that is one thing. But instead, she was just screaming to the heavens for 'anyone' to listen. She apparently had gotten hooked on the attention and drama of it all. Worse yet, she had a few sales a month. Hardly anyone that would be in a position to push enough volume to back up the claims she was making.

Additionally, she did not even have a site online anymore. Claiming it was some merchant account/3rd party billing conspiracy she couldn't pay her hosting bill and stay in business. This does not sound like anyone I would consider a "whistle blower" in any sense of the word.

If you can't "make your point" without breaking the rules (i.e. proof), your ban is earned.

Many people on this board, regulars, trolls and fake nicks, make good points. Does that mean they can now go breaking the speed limit because of it? The rules are simple... if you are going to keep claiming some company is/has/was doing you wrong then you must post ironclad proof with your claims or risk being banned.

Any real business owner appreciates this concept.
