Well, "successful" is a relative term. LOL But being a one-man operation, with some outsourced help, I do very well. But to answer your question: I work with models who shoot their content, or producers who own the rights to content, and I sometimes fuck/shoot (POV-style) hotties for my own website(s). So I literally do everything, to some extent. LOL

But I've learned over the years to find help to do the repetitive tasks while i stick to the more "creative" things, which are more fun and I'm better suited to. Hope that helps! You can always ICQ me.
