Looks like all the financial tools are still in place to make pirates very uncomfortable: blocking mc/visa, advertisers, etc.

Wrongfully accuse a site and they(advertisers/visa/site/host/etc) are allowed to sue you for every penny of revenue they lost. And if you can't play they can claim your assets including all your copyrights.
