Mech bunny error that techs are unable to duplicate.
I have been having an issue with Mechbunny but for some reason it only seems to affect me and a few others who have reported it, I cannot seem to get it fixed because whenever a tech looks into it he is unable to duplicate the error.
The issue is as follows: I have my photo galleries set up to redirect to a join page on thumbnails being clicked for users who are not logged in. But, if I log in, and click a thumbnail, the site logs me out and takes me to the join page. This seems to happen randomly about 2 out of 3 times. When I try to get a tech to look at the issue, they are unable to duplicate the error and are able to view photos without being logged out. Anybody have an idea what could cause this? |

We have lots of MechBunny clients and I have not heard of this error. Post some url's for observation.

Looks like it was browser cache related. I seem to have it solved now.

Whenever you run into issues like this, always try opening the pages in "incognito" or "secure" mode of your browser to rule out any cookie or cache issue.
