I had multiple servers with them for a few years. If things went down, it was usually my fault. Never had any issues with their network.

Been with them over 2 years, have 5 unmanaged servers, 1 server went down once and they had the router replaced in about 10 minutes

It might be an isolated issue. We have some boxes with them and we have not had any downtime at all in over 8 months.

13 Months with them, Dallas datacenter, nice little server been just fine for me.
