Islanddollars - i was gonna use your program

As i'm sending my links now to my blog guy. I was gonna make you my main sponsor on a big shemale blog network.
BUT you prefer to manually approve people. Instead of approving them automatically and then review them. (revshare ccbill. Seriously, what can a scammer possibly do wrong in 1 day) So i moved on to another program that does want to work with me.

Just letting you know

Dirty F - IslandDollars are good guys with high converting sites and they do rebill. You might want to give them an actual chance besides basing it off their policy for approving affiliates

There should have been a message that showed after signup that shows new accounts are reviewed within 24 hrs. Generally done within an hour. If that message wasn't there then that's an error on my part and will have the form checked and corrected. Was shooting new post-op stuff all day and approved you between sets

If you're starting a Shemale blog network I'd ecommend http://groobybucks.com as well. They have a really good assortment of Shemale niche sites (Black, Japan, USA, Latina and Thai) with TONS of unique content. Rebill well too.

We're very strong in Ladyboy content (probably the best) so if you can fit us in later or need anything custom i'm always available.

Why attention whore over it? If you want to promote them, then do so. If not, then move on. But raising a big stink because of a way a program chooses to run their program serves no purpose.

Sounds to me like you want them to kiss your ass and beg you to promote them.

They do it for the same reason we do (most likely)... and considering you've been around since 2001, you should already know the answer.

Maybe they should start thinking about the ratio scammers/honest affiliates who move on.

I really like to know how much damage a scammer can do to a revshare program in 24 hours that everyone needs to be put on hold. It must be huge i guess? Otherwise they wouldn't do this, right?

The question is, are you? I mean, you come here pretending to not know why programs have rules to in place to help prevent fraud.

What'd you do, buy your nic off ebay?

I have signed up to countless programs at a time when I needed links right then and there only to find out I have to wait to be approved.

Like Franck, I move on and don't look back.

Many people think like that. The amount of business a big program loses per year because of this might just be ridiculous.
So i'm still wondering how much damage will be done to a revshare program in 24 hours that they still go for this option.

Let's say if had put them on a big blog network and would do the very mininum of 1 sale a day. I don't know the exact prices but if for every sale they end up with 10 dollars in their pocket. Without rebills their signup process just cost them 3650 dollars. With rebills the next year double that. 10000 dollars lost in 2 years because they want to manually approve me.
And i will do more sales.

Not everyone is gonna send 1 sale a day or more. But many people will not send anything because of this. And inbetween those people will be people who can send 10 sales a day even way more.

So they prefer to let this all go because of the potential harm someone can do in maybe 24 hours.

I want to know what that is. Once again, it must be HUGE.

Why a sponsor would approve an affiliate and not do an auto approval.

Keeps out the lame.
Keeps out the stupid.
Keeps out those with a big mouth on boards.

Obviously not 100% as DF got through.

Other reasons.

Keeps out surfers.
Keeps out people with child porn on there TGP sites.
Helps cut out scammers.
Makes sure those promoting the sites are promoting the sites. With most sites reporting 50% never do anything after being approved this would be sensible.
Let's the sponsor know if this is a serious player or someone looking to seed his site with free content to sell ads to dating and cam sites.

Because it's their site and they can run it as they please and think best. When DF lets others dictate to him, he can dictate to others.

Who wants to promote a site with 100 others all going for it or 1,000s some bothered, some not and all saturating the content?

So if someone enters a name and address and even a random porn site (as his site to prove he is a webmaster) the review process will still eliminate all the above.

Very impressive. Really, very impressive.

I re-read it and once again it's clear you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
Have you ever signed up for a sponsor at all? Let the sponsor know if he's serious? How exactly Paul? Keep people out with childporn? How exactly Paul?
Stop scammers? How Paul? Make sure they promote them? Before they signed up, that's also very impressive. Please explain how that works Paul.
That's 4 questions i believe. I can't wait for your 4 answers.

Why bother? Because i'm asking a valid question and because you act like you have good reasons to do so.

Is me being a so called troll really the reason why you refuse to answer? I doubt it.

Can someone proof me wrong maybe. Because so far i see a lot of people attacking me but not one person has been able to show how my logic is wrong.
I'm still waiting for vdbucks to do it. But for some reason he refuses to.

Well i guess it remains one big mystery why revshare sponsors prefer to lose 10.000's of dollar a year over auto approving new affiliates.
It must be a secret i guess.

Anyway, Paul, still waiting for my answers.

Why do payment processors require identification, company formation docs and the like? Think of the millions they'd gain each year in lost revenue if they didn't.

I mean seriously. There's no mystery behind taking steps to prevent fraud coming through our program; taking steps to make sure our payment processors don't drop us due to charge backs; etc etc... you're just a tool.

And whatever you *think* your logic is, one thing remains the same.. you do not run our program, and as such, you are not going to dictate how we choose to run it (and if I may, I'm sure this same fact applies to other sponsors like island dollars).

As for lost revenue.. yeah, ok... We more than doubled our bottom line in 2011 from 2010... and we stick by our rules.

For every tool who doesn't promote us because we don't kiss his ass, there's another affiliate who will because we take a few extra steps to secure our program, which builds trust.

And I'll leave it at that because you being the tool you are will always think you're right no matter how many explanations you get...

Not trolling but I also fail to see what exactly it is you are verifying. Payment processors will require proper identification like a passport. you verify what exactly apart from the name sounding westerner and an IP address?

He clearly won't answer. I doubt if he knows what and why exactly.
