I was recently notified that a forum was bashing me and my site WebsFinest.

When checked the forum I was shocked as to what was being said, more importantly that it was being permitted without any requirement of proof. (I thought those bullshit forums were a thing of the past.)
So I registerd with them in hopes of replying to the false allegations only to see that I do not have permission to access the thread, when I tried I received this message.

darncat, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
I was like WTF, they permit all those damaging allegations then restrict access to the thread. Now I?m beginning to realize the type of forum I was dealing with, not once did I see a mod ask for proof of any allegations made there but I did come across a thread about me in which I was able to post a reply and I did. My reply was more than reasonable especially considering the allegations contained in the threads I was addressing.

About one hour later I received an email telling me that I was banned and about an hour after that my reply was deleted. As if that?s not enough the peanut gallery there start commenting about this terrible, unprofessional and damaging post I made that is no longer visible nor was it quoted and the truth of the matter is it was more than reasonable under the circumstances.

With that said I am going rely on the good judgment and sense of fair play I see exhibited in this forum and post my replies to two of the threads I was able to identify. I am not going to post the URL of the forum it originated from because they don?t as much as belong on the same side of the street as GFY let alone gain any exposure from it, but there is a good chance they may eventually be mentioned.

First I would like to address this post by BuffyFlame (AmericanMade was her name on WebsFinest.)

I had the same issue, He banned me.. I contacted him with pay, and he sends me a check... WHEN I GOT IT, IT WAS VOID!
That site is a joke, the models (some) are faker then a pornstars moan (As far as THEY DONT WORK THERE, Just stolen photos)
And the dude likes to watch for free... He will tell you hes monitoring to make sure your not stealing , But the dudes waking off, and you
know it the whole time.

Why would I send anyone a voided check and more important why would you say I did?
Its true you asked me if can void a check and I said yes but I assumed you meant stop the check as there is no way anyone can void a check they no longer have.
I also issued you a new check and sent it priority mail with a tracking number at my expense that was cashed and if need be I will request a copy of it from my bank.

Yayy , Ty , it can be sent to the same address , but now it's forwarded to a new po box, we where having some mail problems, and they where not delivering our mail for a good month , are you going to just send the one from last time , or wait till this pay period and send my overall earnings. First and foremost if you?re going to say something about someone you could have the courtesy to identify yourself. Your name on websfinest was not justme23, it was MissSquirting and you should have stated that. Furthermore the only reason you made this post was because I asked you to leave and the reason I asked you that was because you drove me crazy day after day asking about the pay even though all that information was in your welcome letter.

Here are the details.
You joined the site in the middle of a pay period and by the end of that week you had $285.00 in sales, the very next day you contacted me about your pay. I asked you to refer to the instruction letter we send upon being accepted which you obviously never did because throughout that entire week you continued to ask about the pay and kept insisting that your had $390.00 in your wallet. I explained that it takes approximately 11 days from pay week?s end to receive those funds from CCBill and about 3 more days to prepare the pay and get it to you. I also told you the entire $390.00 would not be available because $105.00 of it was actually processed on Sunday morning CCBill time which is the start of a new pay period and it would post the following week. I suggested that you wait for the entire amount because the moneygram fee was the same for $285.00 or $390.00 so why pay double fee but you insisted that you wanted the $285.00 immediately so out of frustration I sent it as well as this follow up email.

The only point I was trying to get across was to post a reply without having it removed and see if the scum bags that are making the allegations would be open to fair debate. They are very much aware of this thread even commenting about it in their so called forum. So I guess I have showed them and will even go one step further to say if either of them can show proof that I intentionally withheld their funds I’ll pay them triple.

I don?t know who you are, I?m really not that active here but I do consider GFY a board of integrity and if you do have the ability to ban I would ask you not to because I don?t understand what I did that would deserve it.

My replies to the allegations made against me were more than justifiable and I never imagined any board would delete them let alone make up vicious lies about them.

So I turned to this board to address the issue. Is that so terrible? It is an adult industry board and I do think I earned my wings in that area.

As you can see, in addition to the other lies I am also being accused of posting 2 girls personal information when all I actually did was address lies made about me and my business. In doing so I posted the first name of someone accusing me of stealing and the country of another who is accusing me of the same thing. You offered to do some promoting as a way of showing me your capability
if I would just pay the advertising. I agreed and began funding the account.

You drove from the west coast of Florida to my house on the east coast to help with a situation and thought it was a nice thing for you to do and it also instilled my trust in you.

I set up a CCBill log in account for you and began to give you some money each week because the site was growing in popularity and I did think an increase in sales would follow, but it never did.

You called me not 10 minutes after your first log and said this (Verbatim)
