xxxxx.hostedtube.com is only for preview purposes while building/editing your tube and therefore requires you are logged into HostedTube.com (you can only see your own tubes).

So, no, you cannot send traffic to it, sorry.

I always suspected that much of the reason PR rolled out hosted tube was for the free SEO benefit to their other sites like Porn.com (it's brilliant). If they allowed you to start hosted tubes on their own subdomains I think that would negate much of the SEO benefit to them from your hosted tube.
