I totally agree. It's getting too cold out to walk, but I spend time dancing to stay fit. I have lost a few pounds. My goal weight is 160. I know i can do it. I have already made some dietary changes. Stopped drinking as much pop, eating healthier, eating less.

I appreciate the positive feedback. I know I need to be healthier. I am trying to be as of right now. I think one of my biggest obstacles is quitting smoking. They say if a smoker quits, they gain back weight. One of these days I will go get some NicodermCQ or something similar. I tried the gum, me no likey.

The gum made me hiccup.

swear to god, the guy could out run all of us, hands down, no question.
