They dont need agents anymore, they can use twitter, facebook and myspace and NOT HAVE TO PAY LAME AGENCY FEES.

Which agency depends on what type of thing you are going to shoot.. Some agents are way better at different niches of girls. Like if you want black/IR girls you want to talk to Lee Bang... Big name stars LaDirect... etc...
The reason to use an agent is that alot of time when you book without one then the girls are more likely to flake so it depends on your production costs alot too.. If you have a large production then using an agent is alot like insurance. If its just you and a camera then you can sometimes get away w/ going behind an agents back BUT if you get caught then you will be blackballed or have to pay more when you do need to go thru them.
