Having been to over 1/2 those places on that list, Moscow does not deserve to be on the list. Moscow wouldn't make the top 10 for Russia. Moscow is westernized, communism is long gone. Their diet sucks and you can see women getting fatter and fatter each year. Also, they are very mixed with other races with takes away from perfect features.
Amsterdam? Uhm... been there many many times and never once thought "wow, check out all the hot dutch chicks". Stockholm? Been there many many times and yeah... you notice right away all the blond, blue eyed girls. Been to Seoul many times and I always thought it was disappointing for cute girls and I like Asian women. Not that there aren't cute women there - but never did I look around and think "wow..." (Korean women have unnaturally perfect skin and that does stand out) All countries have beautiful women, but I personally don't think that anywhere in the world competes with much of Eastern Europe.
